So my Gateway laptop died. RIP. Guess what I got to replace it??

And at first, I was like oh shiz, I won't be able to work it because I'm Mac-tarded.... Nope... I love love love it.

Our second bedroom is a dumping ground.
-It's orange, like a burnt orange
-It has two.... let's call them retro dressers in it
-Then there's the two yellow chairs from my grandmother's house that we are storing for my sister
-A globe
-Mitch's grandfather's old desk, which is covered with a scanner that we don't use and a printer that we don't use.
-Throw in the amp and guitar and....
it's a JUNK room. I've decided that I'm going to re do it. We need a guestroom/office for me to study in. Mitch agrees, I'm stoked.

Black & white. Glam. Think Marilyn and Audrey. Oh what accent color? Red vs. blue. Daybed vs. Futon. I'm so stoked until Mitch says I have to leave the furniture in there. I can get rid of the yellow chairs but the 2 dressers and desk stay. I am 'allowed' to paint the dressers. This is what I'm doing to one of them:

Swine Flu...

Last Thursday, I was TIRED all day. Miserable kind of tired. Then Friday morning, I woke up feeling simply wretched. I went in to work and got diagnosed with dun da dun THE SWINE FLU... WTH?! I stopped my Target for my TamiFlu, gatorade, bleach wipes, and Lysol. Then I went to Blockbuster and rented 4 movies so they upgraded my account to a Blockbuster rewards account for free.... gee.... Thanks. I haven't left the house since then. I've never had the flu. EVER. It's wretched.

I spent the weekend napping, watching movies, watching football, and researching accelerated BSN programs. I'm looking at Union and Baptist College of Health Sciences. I might just go to Lowenberg @ Memphis but I wanna look at all my options first.

K well I'm gonna get back to my Colts.

Manic Monday #180

Are you usually late, early or right on time?
--late. For everything... work, late always even if I'm not technically late until 9:30... meeting friends, late even when I have good intentions on being there on time. Late for everything. I think it's because in high school when I got suspended for too many tardies, my parents didn't punish me. Plus, my boss has always been forgiving for my tardiness so I'm ruined for life.

What would be harder for you, to tell someone you love them or to tell them that you do not love them back?
Well duh.. to tell someone I love them, it's scary putting yourself out there. People take advantage of the fact that you love them. : ) But it's not the case now...

Which would you rather have: a high salary or job satisfaction?
Hrm... I don't know. I have a good job now... but no satisfaction out of it which makes me crazy so I can't really answer that because I like $$$.

So I started classes at last Tuesday. I had been @ STCC and got tired of their drama so I paid my own tuition for Memphis. I'm stoked. I'm ready to finish up and graduate! Now if I could just pick a major. Bawhahaha.

Becky and I are doing WW again. I lost 8 pounds my first week. The next week, I lost .4 of a pound. I knew it was all water weight but I still got discouraged and I've been eating whatever since Wednesday. I feel all gross.

Today is OUR anniversary. We had to go to a wedding today and it took up most of the day so we're gonna celebrate tomorrow. But I think we'll end up watching FOOTBALL! ♥ It's been an amazing year. He's the love of my life and constantly inspires me. I couldn't ask for more.

Would you rather go a week without bathing, but be able to change your clothes, or a week without a change of clothes, but be able to bathe?
I would rather be able to bathe and have dirty clothes because at least then I would wash the stink off for a minute. Right?!

I do wear perfume. Right now I'm diggin' my VS Angel. I really want Dolce & Gabbana The One. It smells so effin' good.

I'm reading Good In Bed by the chick that wrote In Her Shoes. Good in Bed is a Cosmo: Ask Jake kinda article. A girl's ex writes bad things about her and she freaks.

If you could completely redecorate any room in your house at no expense to you, what room would you choose?

♥ Our bathroom. It has light blue tile and chocolate brown walls. I've hung a cutesy, matching shower curtain and we've installed a new sink, but I'd love to rip out the tub and tile.

Which hour of the day do you feel goes the slowest?

♥ 3:00. We turn the phones off at 4:30 but people start getting home and calling us at 3:00. It feels like 4:30 will never come.

If your birthday could be in a different month of the year, when would you have it?

♥ July. I'd celebrate every year @ the lake/pool/river/patio.
